Ok, Currently i eat: Nothing beats healthy eating. first of all, breakfat is VERY important, then if you drink fizzies, make sure you drink a ton of water so the acidicness is flushed out of your system, if you dont your body takes calcium from bones to get it out! other then that plenty of veggies and fruit should take the place of chocolate and your good to go chum! toodaloo! sarah |
