Dietary Supplements.?


I have started to work out recently, its been about 3 months, now and i've gotten some results, in both my physical performance, and appereance, but i would like to see if there are any supplements i could be taking that would help me, not necessarly bulk up, but rather tone and cut down on somemore of my weight. NOTE: i have also changed my diet a bit, and have started limiting my fat and calorie intake.

Garcinia Cambogia in Super Citrimax is claimed to suppress appetite and enhance fat-burning. Animal research supports these claims, but subsequent human trials have been equivocal.

The theory behind garcinia cambogia is that HCA inhibits an enzyme called citrate lyase that helps turns excess carbohydrates into fat. By inhibiting this enzyme, it is believed the body instead boosts carbohydrate oxidation, or simply put, burns the extra carbs. In extensive animal studies, garcinia cambogia was found to reduce food intake by suppressing appetite, as well as to decrease body fat.

Capsaicin is a spice that is making news in the diet and nutritional fields. Some studies show that a diet high in chilis or other capsaicin-laden foods can raise your base metabolism, the rate at which your body burns fat while at rest. There are also studies claiming Capsaicin both lowers LDLs, or 'bad cholesterols', but raises HDLs, or 'good cholesterols' too.

L-Carnitine is an amino acid that may help burn fat and improve athletic performance.

Eating foods high in calcium, especially dietary calcium will aid in fat loss.

You could try Hydroxycut which will promote fat loss and help you get cut.

PS: Kevin Trudeau is a quack, he makes unsubstantiated claims.

Don't buy any that GNC has. Even Kevin Trudeau says this. Use a greens drink. See site below for more about them.
