Dietary Advice?


I'm looking to do either a low fat diet or a calorie controlled one but I've never dieted so i've got no idea how much fat etc I'm meant to have as a daily intake or how many calories etc. I'm 5 foot 7 and weigh 10stone 5lbs. can anyone give me guidance or suggest a web page for me to get further advice? thanks

I think that you are a healthy weight for your hight... but if you do want to lose a few pounds (and if anything i would say only a few) i would say go for a low gi diet...

We have a diet in Australia that is having amazing results it is called CSIRO diet and has worked for so many people... so have a look for that book where you are
