I need dietary help? |
My body fat is around 12 - 13% and I need to get it to around 7 - 8%. I know that I need to eat less fat and work out, but how much fat exactly should I be eating? I don't even know where to start. Thanks check out the book The Ultimate New York Body Plan by David Kirsch! it's fantastic. shows you what to eat & how to excercise in order to lose the most amount of weight possible in only two weeks!!! You should be getting around 15-20% of your total daily calories from fat. |
