I give 10 points? |
why should a person eat complex carbs? from a bodybuilding stand point those are the 3 things you need. complex carbohydrates and healhty fats serve as an energy source. complex carbs have low glycemic indexes which mean they are stored(glycogen stores) and used for energy as opposed to simple carbs which go directly into blood stream and get stored as fat. protein is needed for muscle repair/building becuase of the amino acids. they prevent ur body from using muscle as energy or catabolism. energy? sports? balanced diet. |
