If 100g lean chicken breast (all fat trimmed off) has?

according to www.calorieking.com. Notice the cholesterol 85mg. The question is this: If all the fat is trimmed off which type of cholesterol is this LDL or HDL???? If you eat lean meats but it still says it contains cholesterol what are we talking about??? Where is the bad LDL cholesterol on the fat or on the lean part as well.????????PLEASE IF THERE ARE ANY DOCTORS ON BOARD PLEASE ANSWER.

As long as you get plenty of fiber in your diet, minimize or avoid high fat beef and dairy, don't overdo the chicken, and get plenty of daily exercise, it doesn't matter. The HDL in the vegetables will balance out whatever LDL there might be in the chicken.

Look here people, the question is Not asking about diets, exercise or loosing weight, it is asking "WHAT TYPE OF CHOLESTEROL IS IN 100g OF LEAN (NO FAT) CHICKEN BREAST, HDL OR LDL" this is a scientific question which I find one of most interest and intelligent. Hence, if you do not know the answer to (the question) refrain from answering. I and my wife will keep and eye on this one.

It is NOT the cholesterol you eat that is bad!! It is that which the body MAKES.

There is not much evidence that shows what we eat is bad for us.

Worry more about getting tight control of your glucose numbers. The cholesterol will come down on its own with good tight control of glucose.

When I did bother to take that nasty mind numbing anticholesterol med, it didn't do much for my cholesterol numbers. They were the sme as now and in the normal range.
