Look here people, the question is Not asking about diets, exercise or loosing weight, it is asking "WHAT TYPE OF CHOLESTEROL IS IN 100g OF LEAN (NO FAT) CHICKEN BREAST, HDL OR LDL" this is a scientific question which I find one of most interest and intelligent. Hence, if you do not know the answer to (the question) refrain from answering. I and my wife will keep and eye on this one. It is NOT the cholesterol you eat that is bad!!
