Are these granola bars okay?


Hey guys! I don't have any time between my classes to get lunch, so i have to eat a snack. The only thing that seems to fill me up is this one type of granola bar, the Sunbelt ones. However, I'm not sure they are the healthiest granola bars. The Nutrition Facts are:
Calories 200, Calories from Fat 70, Total Fat 8g, Saturated Fat 5g, no trans fat, no cholesterol, Sodium 65mg, Carbs 30g, Dietary Fiber 1g, Sugars 15g, and Protein 2g.
It seems to be pretty high in Saturated fat and sugar! Is there anything else that I can eat between classes that would be just as convenient but healthier?? Or is this okay to eat? Thanks!

hey! i suppose if you are eating this bar as a meal replacement it would be somewhat ok, but this granola bar is more of a sweet treat than a healthy snack! i know they are delicious, but usually the granola bars that aren't crunchy aren't healthy! i would go for a healthier choice! the crunchy oat's and honey granola bars are much healthier! this sunbelt bar is extremely high is fat and saturated fat. the sugar content is somewhat high and there are not many nutrients inside of this bar. hope this helps!

They are not OK to eat every day to replace lunch.
Why don't you make a healthy sandwich the evening before and take to school for your lunch. It would take the same time to eat as a granola bar and much healthier too
