How do i loose 50-75 pounds of body fat with out loosing muscle mass? |
I am 16 and am trying to loose body fat, but build muscle for next years football season. right now I'm doing wrestling, and i have lost about 10 pounds off of my post football season weight of 290. If i have any hopes of playing in college i need to cut off 50-75 pounds of body fat, but keep my muscle mass and strength. are there any dietary supplements that will aide me in this? The Atkins diet has a high success rate and would probably be ideal for you as it is a high protein diet so you will not lose any muscle mass. well i need to do the same, loose body fat and keep muscle... so i am gonna do 45 minutes cardio 4x a week with low reps and more weight for 45 minutes. i think its gonna work well. bye Hi, |
