Is there such thing as a vitamin or food that actually burns and gets rid of fat? |
I don't mean dietary supplements or anything. celery has been proven to actually burn calories, that's the only one I know of. hot foods are supposed to burn it away at least Ive heard that umm celery takes more calories to digest than it gives you but u need to eat a ton and a half to loose weight dramatically, its jus a good snack no...to get rid of fat you must first exercise until the body decides to burn fat...strenuious exercise does that...also reduction of calories helps the body shift fat to glucose.... well.... i know you said NOT a dietary suppliment, but... theres this great suppliment that is created by Bios Life, and it has like all of your vitamins, and minerals, and everything for the day in this little packet, and you just poor it in an eight ounce drink, andthere you are!
