Tell me how much weight ill lose if i keep this up?


im 135 pounds. i consume on average:
1200 calories per day
34 grams of fat (25 of which are healthy fats.)
928 mg of sodium
163 g carbs
16 grams of dietary fiber
80 grams of sugar (which about 90 % or more comes from fruits)
35 grams of protein.
4 liters of water.
i eat no junk and no fried/packaged foods.
ive been doing a journal for 3 weeks and this has been my average...how much will i lose? and is this good?

You are doing great. If this has been started off 3 weeks ago then you need 3 more weeks to see vivid results. I would say you can lose up to 8 LBS without working out. If you work out 30 minutes a day you will lose more.

1200 is not good.

geez, i weigh less than 100 lbs and i'm supposed to be eating 2000 calories a day (roughly) especially if you excerisize(which you should if you want to lose weight, and need to be taken into account)

The amount of lbs. you loose is 80% exercise...20% diet. Dont pay attention to how many calories you eat. Pay attention to WHAT you eat. Whole wheat, lots of veges (salads, baby carrots, etc.), fruits (apple w/ peanut butter for a snack ), & fiber. Stay away from caffine (coke, coffee, pills); that'll make your body unstable for exercise. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE!!!! Go running for 30-45min 3/week. Swimming burns TONS of calories. Speed walking (fast) is actually better on your knees & burns just as much as running (its true). Attend a cardio class at your local gym. Bike to the store & bring your groceries back in a backpack. You do this...you will lose TONS of weight.

ALSO!: Remember, at the beginning, you'll lose more weight (b/c you have more fat to lose), around 2-4 lbs/week. As you continue your exercise, you'll find you lose less per week. The healthy amount is about 1-2 lbs a week. Keep this up & you WILL keep it off.

thats good i guess...wat about that extra 9 grams="unhealthy" in what way?...pretty much double fiber..25g is good...use kaschi cereal or fibersure powder/caps....need more proteins go up to 65..35 is too little withthat much fat and carbs...also reduce carbs to 155 but keep the carbs as in oatmeal,rice,bread,and potatoes(keep about 2/3 of it whole grains/wheats...also do a cardio session first when you wake up in the morning before you eat..this will increase your metaboloism faster than if ueat and a higher metabolism means the less foods you need in a day and lose weight...do cardio about 5-6 times a weekfor 45 min (emember in takes 15-30 min just for fat burning to kick in) then timeto burn it...good luck if u do it right you can lose up to 20lbs a month but also your 135lbs which is small...how tall are you? good luck
