bought it at GNC store and the seller recommended it because it has 42 g and it tastes better than most. However, when I came home, I noticed on nutrition information it has 80 mg of cholesterol per one serving (on GNC website the label has 55 mg). I think it has a lot of cholesterol and I hesistate to open. I had psychical exam half year ago and doctor recommended me diet in low cholesterol and fat. However I have heard that dietary cholesterol has only little impact on serum cholesterol in your body. On front of package, it says it reduces trunk (belly) fat by 4.3$. It also amplifies nitric oxide levels by 950%. Should I return it, or is it safe?
I work out (do weight lifting) 3 times a week. So I need high protein diet. Eh, NO products have generally said to be scams. Most whey protein powders are the same. So I'd say take it back and go with something cheaper and more trusted. Usually, I don't trust GNC employees to help me with my choices, I do research before hand. |
