Diarrhea?? |
I'm 15 and for the past month I've had diarrhea every day w/ stomach pains before and after i havent gone to a doctor because my grandmother said i should try an diagnose myself first so what could be wrong with me??? Listen, grandmother has older ways of dealing. In today's world we have new bugs and viruses then before. You need to see a MD and have a stool culture first to rule out one of those things. If that is not the cause then they will test you for something else. first of all your grandmother is a bit hardcore there... definitely check with a doctor...like you said your 15 you can't really diagnose anything. probably a stomach virus if it is lasting a month...or its a female thing and then thats a whole different story. but definitely check with a doctor. well, dear. you are15. i don't think that you can diagnose yourself unless you are drinking or using drugs and have been (heavily) for the past months.. you need to see a physician, sweets. feel better.. in the mean time, bananas, rice and toast will bind you up. try to stay away from fiber, if you can. the flu. do yourself a favor go to the doctor if it was just a couple of days i should clear up but for the past month there is something wrong GO TO A DOCTOR!!!!! Having that for a month everyday is definitley not healthy, you should have medium stools always..dont drink any milk or dairy in the meantime, or eggs either. WHile your waiting to go to the doctor you should pick up some activia yogurt which balances your digestive system..but i highly reccomend you see a physician. Are you eating fast foods, sugar free foods or other sweets? That could be the problem. Try eating some carbs and less grease, aspertanine or regular sugar. Otherwise, see a doctor. Please call your doctor, at least and tell him/her what has been occurring. Why your grandmother wants you to diagnose yourself is beyond my understanding. Have you changed your diet much lately? To have had diarrhea & pain every single day is not normal and you need to get a professional's opinion. It could be nothing to be alarmed about, but why should you go on suffering? Tell your parents, siblings, and other family members about how you're feeling. Check your diet...dairy products, fruit can all cause this... Lay off the ex lax. Are you trying to lose weight by overdosing on laxatives? one of the main symptoms of HIV infection is diarrhea. I doubt if this the case with you. I think you probably have been eating wrong. Or, you could have a bacterial infection.. best to go to the dr. and find out why. and, dont worry, you'll probably live to be 100. best wishes. Go to the doc could be something seriously wrong... PLEAAAAAAAAAAAASSSEEEEEEEEEE u should def go see a doc |
