1)nausea
2)vomit
3)watery diarrhea ( i took pills for the diarrhea but it has not stopped yet )
4)Stools were normal untill this morning when they were greennish or grey watery stools.
Could this be Hiv or IBS or stomach gastric Cancer
i am pretty scared what this could be

You clearly have something wrong with your digestive tract. You may be allergic to some of the foods you are eating or you may have a gene called HLA-B27 that can cause IBS and or diverticulitis. Or you may have an issue with your gall bladder. The green color is some times found in patients with gall badder problems or GERD.
The smelly issue sounds like too much acid in the stomach and you may have an ulcer. There are over the counter and prescription medicines for the ulcer such as Pepsid or Nexium.

For the diarrhea I would take Imodium after each bowel movement until the diarrhea goes away. I frankly do not understand the vomit issue.

Some thing is not correct with your GI tract, so I would request a referral to a gastroenterologist. They will both scope your stomach and you lower GI tract to try to identify your problem.

HIV is out and stomach cancer is very rare unless you have a family history. Does anyone else in your family have this type of problem.

You need to see a specialist. If you are part of an HMO, get a referral.

Good luck

Whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down there, one thing at a time: 1) First, have you considered that you may have food allergies? The baked beans alone could give some people diarrhea. The eggs would do it for me, as I am extremely allergic to them. The diet you just reported is EXTREMELY high in fat, and has no vegetables or fruits in it (except for the beans, which are more a very sweet starch than a vegetable) whatsoever. I'm also wondering from looking at this if you aren't having a rough time digesting fats. Try taking better care of yourself and eating more fruits and vegetables, especially salads every day and fresh fruits as well. The nausea and vomiting are not normal, but I have seen them occur in folks who are having gall bladder/liver problems. Anything sour, like lemon or lime will help that condition, and hot, spicy, pungent things will, too, such as wasabi, horseradish, radishes in general, ginger. Did you eat in or out? Have you considered that you may have gotten food poisoning if you ate out?

If you've had unprotected sex, it's a great idea to get tested for HIV, just to allay your fears. I would, however, look at other things far before HIV, especially if I hadn't had any unprotected sex or had any other risk factors. Since you've brought the subject up, it sounds to me like you are afraid for a reason...Looks like you could be taking a lot better care of yourself, my friend. Taking tablets to fix symptoms will not take care of the cause of the problem, either. It will just suppress the symptoms. Your body is wise and trying to tell you some things. Listen to it and change what you're doing.

Homeopathic podophyllum or arsenicum album would probably be of help to you, but I would need to know more of your symptoms to tell you which remedy would be best. There are also compounded homeopathic remedies available in many pharmacies that can help w/ digestive upset and distress.

Have you tried red cordial ? yep it sure works. Either Raspberry or strawberry cordial stops diarrhoea in its tracks. Don't buy one that has another flavour added to it such as apple and raspberry ok.
Don't knock it until you put it to the test. Cheers

OMG first of all beans are loaded with gas, eggs make you go (and both beans and eggs when passed as air STINK)
Choc chip ice cream will loosen you up, chocolate is a stimulant, ice cream is rich and can also contribute- put them together with all the rest of this concoction and it is no wonder your having problems.

Try eating normal, decent foods more healthy for you- do this for at least a week and see what if any changes occur. Sleeping habits can play a small part, try to keep a regular sleep schedule. IBS is a possibility, dairy such as eggs and ice cream should be eliminated.
Your body is rejecting the waste- and fried food? NO!

Eat bland foods, no butter, not fried, no fast food- no dairy. Have veggies, chicken with some lemon and herb or baked chicken- that sort of thing. Sound like you are causing your own IBS and you can avoid it by changing from junk food to more healthy foods.
