Diarrhea Help. Please!? |
Okay, so for the pasted 2 weeks I have been having a loose stool in the morning. Sometimes it's normal poop, sometimes its not. Lately I have been really nervous about my field hockey, but I don't know why. and today I am really nervous because my first day of high school is tomorrow. Anyway I only have diarrhea in the morning once or twice (if twice it's like 1 hour apart). and I don't know why. There is no recent change in diet, I am just nervous. 10 minutes ago- the poop was solid and then there was the weird diarrhea. Chances are it is just anxiety. I have experienced similar anxiety with the same sort of physical reaction you are having. Do you eat breakfast? Tell your mom and get your butt to the Dr. That isn't "just Diarrhea" its probaly mental stress causing your body to loode its functions. the bes thing you can do is just relax or get depends Eating banana and yoghurt is good. Will work like magic!! Drink ice cold water throughout the day. Are you drinking enough water? Diarrhea is almost always an indicator of dehydration. Drink more water. Don't drink soda and see if that has any effect. Also, I would probably mention it to your mom because it has been going on for such a long time. She will know whether or not you need to consult a physician. Good Luck! Pepto - the pink stuff is my best friend! You should probably tell your mom. It could be a stomach virus. They are hard. Try a bland diet. Which means toast (no butter), rice, yogurt, soft eggs, and lots of water. Also to stop the diarrhea try Imodium. It works really fast. Like maybe in 15 or 20 mins. If you don't get well soon. Please call your doctor. Amodium works but you should go to the doctor. This is something you are really going to need the help of a doctor on. A few days of Diarrhea can be typical of a virus but 2 weeks are a major concern. First you need to talk to mom, and let her know. Then get in for an exam. In the meantime, keep yourself well hydrated and rested. Your nervousness is normal but the two weeks of stomach problems are not. Do not be afraid to talk to someone who can help you get feeling better!!!! o.k. the clear white mucous was probably vaginal discharge. This can be normal and it can also be a problem. Your body will cleanse itself this way. It also happens when you ovulate. However it should not last longer than a couple of days. If it does you may have a bacterial infection. |
