Diarrhea Due To Whey Protein? |
For gaining muscle...i need to be taking some protein shakes. i am doing just that with the powder. i weigh 130lbs therefore need 130 grams daily of protein. *** Should every protein shake be consumed with some food? maybe thats it? Yeah, it is just the shakes causing the diarrhea. If you drank that many shakes a day, it would cause diarrhea, even without the whey protein in them. Start with one shake a day and gradually work your way up. are you drinking enough water? I am on a high protein diet after being a vegetarian for 5 years and getting very little protein. I drink about a gallon of water every day , that will help you digest the protein. also make sure you eat enough veggies that will help. oh and I'm getting my protein from 6 meals per day poultry fish and egg whites along with one nitotech shake by muscletech, it has 45g protein per can I drink post workout fruit and veggie diet better , skip protean , but consume some . |
