Sensitive Stomach/Diarrhea?

I have a sensitive stomach and I get sick easy. Since yesterday afternoon everything I have eaten has made me feel slightly sick, and I had diarrhea yesterday and a bit today.

Now tomorrow afternoon I am going to stay at my sister's and boyfriends apartment for a few days, and I don't want to be sick while I'm there, or have diarrhea.

What can I do tomorrow to help my stomach feel better? It would be very embarrassing to stay over at my sister's and have diarrhea, especially with her boyfriend there. And also since it's an apartment, it's not like I can have some privacy by going upstairs or downstairs to the bathroom, where ever theres no people, like in a house.

Take some Pepto Bismol, it will help with the upset stomach and diarrhea. If it continues for while, you should see a doctor to see what is causing this. It could be something like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Good luck!

Immodium. It's the best.

Drink some chamomile tea to help settle your stomach -it's good for the digestive system- or some ginger ale. Or some Pepto Bismol. I should know lol.

Eat fruits like guava and apple. I tell you, it helps a lot.
