Almost diarrhea how to stop?

I currently switched my diet. From junk food, to bread everyday, from pop, candy bars and no veggies and fruits. to a diet that is fruits everyday, veggies as well, hardly any bread, no pop and no junk food.

but since i did that about 2 weeks ago, i have been having some awful symptoms. such as stomach pains for a long time, nausea and aches. also i have been experiencing something like diarrhea. i would call it the kind of bowel movement that is right before the stage of diarrhea. soft, hard to push out but not bad smelling.

i dont know what to do. could this be caused from my change in eating habits. i know it could be that my body has to get used to it, but it is uncomfortable and painful most days. it does not hurt when i go to the washroom just takes a long time.

what can i do. what can i stop. and what can i take.

thank you

on average i drink about 4-5 bottles of water a day. i don't need to take a stool softner as one viewer posted because it is already soft enough and that is why i am having such a hard time going to the washroom.

how long should it take before all the junk is out of me?

Your body is getting rid of all the junk that was previously in there. This is normal especially if you're eating veggies and fruit. Take a stool softener if it's too hard or Pepto-Bismol if you have diahrea. This will take some time for your body to get used to but just hang in there.
Oh, and drink lots of water and milk.

Cheese will provide the magic that you're missing.
