Diarrhea Question- what can I eat?

So I'm on a medication that causes diarrhea as a side effect, I'm only on the medication for a few more days before I complete treatment, I can handle that which is why I'm not going to ask to be put on another medication.

But I'm wondering, since I have diarrhea, does this mean I can pretty much eat whatever I want guilt-free since my body will pass it very quickly?

Eat whatever you want. That's the answer you were looking for. Seriously you should try some Immodium and a balanced diet. The balanced part is what your Doctor should have recommended to you. The Immodium will help with the diarrhea and also with the associated cramps.
