My baby has a diaper rashes and i apply anti nappy rash but it wasnt work what will i do??

dab area with mylanta to neurtralize the acid from urine.
rinse the baby with water
no soap on the diaper area
let skin dry
apply small amout of vaseline to prevent urine from touching the skin.
change child frequestly
if you can let the baby go without a diaper for a little while

it's called butt paste it works wonders

Go to the drug store and buy Ihle's Paste, its the best. If they don't carry it buy the zinc ointment, not the baby stuff.
The above creams are more thicker and stick to the bum better than Zincofax. If the skin is broken though you need to take the baby to the doctor.

Use Boudreaux's Butt Paste, seriously--there is such a product and it works!

Hydrocortisone cream works well. 0.5%

corn starch is what my mother used ,and it still works well.

A & D ointment

You should try Desitin Original helps provide Over night relief,It will clear it up with in 24 hours ,don't use the creamy use the original,If that does not work you should consult you child's doctor, and use Baby powder with this cream it will work.

Let your baby be au natural for a few days -- no diaper -- (not when sleeping, of course....) use one of the waterproof undersheets (the kind that are flat not fitted) for him/her to hang out on so you don't ruin your carpet. On tummy, butt up. The fresh air really will make a difference. Two doctors below advocate this among other things....

Can you not have your child outside without any pants on at all, so as the fresh air and sunshine can do their stuff, naturally? If not, apply 100% pure coconut oil, Nui brand (pronounced new), this coconut oil has antibiotic properties, don't use too much or it won't work effectively. It will take out the heat and the itchiness.

at nap time leave the diaper off.. the air will help heal his/her sore bottom

Cornstarch works like magic.
