Best diaper rash cream?

i heard a+d and desitin are the best and most effective, do u think they are?

I've never used A+D but Desitin is really really great. I've used it for both of my kids. My older son had a nasty stomach bug at age 4 months so he had 10-20 dirty diapers per day for 2 weeks. The desitin really helped his bottom.
