Go to the store and look for diaper rash medication!!! i know you mean for yourself...yes of course...apply liberally. NO!!! Get diaper rash ointment! WD40 will only harm your baby more.. you sound like a responsible parent..... What are you crazy. Would you cook with wd40 instead of cooking oil? The best on the market is still desitin for babies.
