How long does it take for diaper rash to occur?

How long does it take for diaper rash to occur?

Diaper rash can happen overnight.

You have to clean the diaper area at every diaper change, don't leave any urine or fecies on the skin when you change the diaper. Don't leave a wet or dirty diaper on for any length of time, change it right away. Any of the above can lead to a rash.

Cleanliness is what will prevent it.

By the way, you didn't mention whether this was for you or a baby. Hmmmmmm.

it really depends on how sensitive the kids skin is.

Diaper rash is a very common infection that can cause a baby's skin to become sore, red, scaly, and tender. In most cases, the rash occurs because the skin is irritated by diapers that are too tight; soiled diapers that are left on for too long; or certain brands of detergent, diapers, and baby wipes.
