What percentage of dialysis patients have a job?

I'm trying to find out if my father can work . and if it's normal for a dialysis patient to hold a job ? i

what do you think.?
p.s: i think he may have to stay home , but do u know anyone who's on dialysis , if so does she/he work?

i was a driver for dialysis patient for 10 years and i only new of 2 that ever worked...... its very dibilating every treatment is different...id they take to much fluid off you suffer have low blood pressure... if they can't get enough .... some ppl pass out
and you never know what kind of day its going to be

I have known several people on dialysis. All have had NO paid jobs. Most are on disability. But some were housewives (who says they didn't work?)

Find out if he wants a job. If he does, what is it he can do that will work around the dialysis schedules. Or how about something volunteer like at the local Senior Cit. Center??
