Diabetic disease how gives complications?

diabeties disease effect a diabetic person when his or her pancrea reduced the production of insulin and diabetic person have to take insulin /humalin outside through syring injection. it has two types,, type 1 juveniles under 20ys and type 2 above 45yrs.best control of sugar in blood is when one take controlled diet, excercise or walk daily half hour, take pills or insulin injections regularly, timely and over all remain positive minded ,avoid depression, tension etc. by this way the complications of diabeties will be delayed for some years.

Well, I am going to guess you are interested in knowing how diabetes contributes to the downward change of health as a result of being diabetic. By the image you posted with your question I'm going to guess you are closer to 45 than 20.

As an example, lets consider a Type II diabetic (45+). First take off your shoes and study your feet. Now recall how they look at say 18. At 18, your toenails were not quite so thick, you skin color was brighter and showed no signs of coloration. You may not of had any calluses or any complaints of pain or fatigue. Your toes were straight!

Now you may notice your toenails are thicker and take an effort to trim. Your toes may have a slight bend to them after years of tight shoes, along with callused heels, toes or side of toes. You may notice a darker coloration in the side of your feet or around your toes. This is all part of the natural aging process with poor foot care.

Now diabetes will accelerate this process because of the effect of reduced circulation of moderate levels of glucose blood. Diabetes will not affect your bent toes, but tight shoes will now stress the skin of your feet more resulting in more calluses, which can be very slow to heal.

Now consider all functions of your body that diminish as we age. Diabetes further reduces the body's ability to repair itself like it did 25+ years earlier.

Like I said I took a wild guess toward your real question.

Best Wishes.

I am unable to understand that are you asking a question or answering / advising about the diabetes. All the information you have written if applied will control the diabetes and obviously the diabetes complications can be delayed until the diabetes remain controlled.
