Diabetic erectile disfunction?

Been Type1 diabetic 53 years. Under very good control and I have been a fortunate diabetic. Take two types of insulin and six total shots per day. Lead a active life.
Just in last 8 months I have been troubled by being unable to get a good erection. Tried Viagra and this helped only somewhat. Also, to expensive.
Has anyone found help with certain foods or minerals, etc.

Foods that stimulate blood flow are these:

garlic
advocado
asparagus
any nuts or seeds
tomatoes
gingko bilbao
fish
red meat
eggs

Gingko bilbao enhances blood flow and functions as an anti-oxidant in the body and is renowned as a great all round supplement which has been known for centuries to increase sexual desire.

One mineral that is crucial to sex drive is Zinc, so make sure you get plenty of it from crab, multigrain bread, oysters, red meat and sardines.

Also if you are prone to alcohol and smoking i would strongly suggest cutting back on these too. In addition to this, sleep deprivation may sometimes lead to erectile dysfunction, so get lots of shut-eye!!

Hope your sex drive gets better!!

Plus these:

Enzyte ingredients:

Tribulus terrestris extract (10% saponins) (stem and fruit)

Panax ginseng root extract (4% ginsenosides)

Ginkgo biloba leaf 6:1 extract

vegetable cellulose

Swedish flower pollen extract

Avena sativa (aerial parts)

zinc gluconate

L-arginine HCl

maca root

saw palmetto berry

niacin

zinc citrate

zinc oxide

horny goat weed extract (Epimedium sagittatum)(10% flavonoids as icariin) (whole plant)

copper oxide

muira puama stem 4:1 extract

copper gluconate

octacosanol
