Can i eat diabetic sweets if i am not diabetic ? |
can i eat diabetic sweets if i am not diabetic ? yes Yes, you can. You may not like them as much as Mars bars and such, but they do taste much better than they did 30 years ago, for sure! shhhhhhhh ! yes silly Sure you can. Diabetic sweets just have less sugar than normal and you may not like them as much. You can, but be careful of what they substituted sugar for. They usually use artificial sweeteners which is a concern. You can definitely eat diabetic sweets. My husband used to hate anything sugar free but now a days they taste much better. Since I am diabetic and he is borderline he will eat everything sugar free I eat. I don't see a reason you can't. Low in calories. Better than real sweets. Go for it. But save some for us diabetics Eat em all up, Please!!! I think they are nasty. They have alcohol sugars in them that give most of us diahrrea and gas!!! Sure...knock yourself out. I personally think they're gross and wouldn't touch em. Enjoy |
