"dermatology" pale lips with little white spots on the?


i noticed during the last few days tht my lips are pale ... they aint pink as they used to be, they r rather beige with white little spotes on them, wht could tht be? i'm 27 with a family history of cancer & eczema... i take vitamins & take a good care of my health & i watch my food ... Hanan

It could be fungus, you could be losing pigmantation, it could be anemia, it could be liver malfunction...

White spots are seen on the inner walls of the buccal cheeks and along the lips. They are aberrant oil glands and are harmless. There is no specific treatment and is best left alone.
