Is there any place or school with interns to get low price dermatology for a severe skin and scalp issue? |
I have bad scalp issues and hair loss but have no health insurance. So need a cure from a dermotologist. Perhaps a school that offers reduced rates because students help you so they can pass thier labs. This is usually only offered in a bigger city with a medical center, though it will still cost you. Your best bet would be to check out any free clinics. They often have volunteer docs who work for free that sometimes can make referrals and get you inexpensive treatments or at least advice. Check around your town, call the churches, the department of human services, your local hospital, and maybe even some doctors offices to find out where the free clinics closest to you might be. Good Luck!!! Go to a free clinic. |
