Pedatrics ?

When you go into Pedatric Dermatology, do you specialize in Dermatology or Pedatrics ?

in Pediatric Dermatology ...

pretty sure its dermatology

You do a residency in pediatrics and then a fellowship in dermatology, so you specialize in both!

Good luck!
Missy :)

You can probably do either. Some people do a residency in dermatology and then go on to further specialise in pediatric dermatology. It is also possible to complete a pediatric residency and then go on to do a fellowship in pediatric dermatology.

Its a long slog either way, but I think its worth it in the end.
