I am looking for an affordable Clinic/ Dr. Dermatologist for psoriasis in LV area for appt.online no insurance

I am suffering from five kinds of Psoriasis and my condition is getting worse everyday. I am asking for anyone who knows where I can find an affotable Clinic to go to in the Las Vegas area who specializes in Dermatology. I have no insurance and I have spent too much money on over the counter treatments that do not even work. I am also open to any advice from other psoriasis sufferers. I have three children and I feel as though I am making them suffer because of all the stress this condition has caused me. I have not put on a pair of shorts for over a year because I am so embarrassed for people to see my legs, I can't even bring my self to show my own Fiancee my legs. Please give me some answers. Thank you

I have psoriosis...it depends if you are willing to use natural medications...
What I did to heal mine is: I used an intestinal cleanser for a week, then I took a parasite medicine(everyone has parasites) for a week, then I went on a sugar diet for 6 months. Sugar is horrible for the immune system, and since psoriosis is a problem with the immune system it causes break outs. Also, I would suggest to eat less carbs, because they cause yeast to grow in the body, which also causes break outs.
For outside treatments, I would suggest Pokeweed. DO NOT USE STERIODS! You can get cancer a lot easier that way! To get the crusty skin off I always put Vasaline on at night, so in the morning it was soft and I could scratch it off without harming the other layers of skin. I went to a dermotologist and they didn't do ANYTHING! Don't always trust the doctors to know everything.
Another thing...if you stay out in the sun a lot, the next time you break out it will be worse. Believe me I know.

I have Psoriasis and my dermatologist says its the worst he has ever seen. I don't know any in LV but if you do find one you should tryn Methotrexate. Also, I had very bad acne and he put me on Accutane which helped with some of my Psoriasis.
