What are some products to help with seborrheic/sabaceous dermatitis? |
Are there any products that I could wash my body with in the shower that would help with sabaceous dermatitis? Just a "heads up" knowledge piece. Experts are saying that the skin gets weakened by a lack of Selinium. But, supplements do little good in pill form as they don't break down right for availability. Do your research on it, but try to get a liquid form of Selinium.....a brand worth looking at is Aqua Sel. Find it, it will help. BTW, selinium is missing in our diets naturally because we have depleted the soil of it as it's a mineral.....farming practices are to blame!
