Has anyone gone to AFFORDABLE DENTURES??

I previously asked questions about dentures and wanted some info on affordable dentures chain..especially one in colfax nc near greensboro....ONLY ANSWER IF YOU OR U KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO WENT TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES PLEASE.
I have 12 teeth on top and 13 on bottom,,,i have reflex sympathetic dystrophy and from yrs of medications my teeth have been in terrible shape and the ONLY option for me is dentures. I cannot afford to fix each tooth just to have them in same spot a few yrs from now. I got approved for ssd disability and am going to get back pay which i want to use for teeth. Would they be able to do my ENTIRE mouth, extractions and dentures in same day or would I have to go one day for my tops (about 13 teeth but in bad shape) and then in a few wks or whatever I can go back for bottoms?? I didint know if theyd do whole mouth in one shot which id actually prefer. Have you gotten the economy dentures or the custom dentures? how do they heal and feel? do they look 'real? Thnx so much

I got dentures from Affordable Dentures about 6 months ago,I was in the same situation as you with illness causing teeth problems,,Think i had 14 lower teeth and 12 upper teeth including 2 wisdom teeth and i got all of them pulled and temporary dentures all in one day.Now i went in the first day for a consultation where they did an exam,x-rays and gave a price,I said ok and they made me an appoitment for like 2 days later.My appointment time was 1:00 pm and i was done by 3:00 pm,There was no pain or discomfort during the procedure except for the 2 or 3 shots they give you in your pallet (OUCH) My butt came about 3 feet off the chair.Now i still have my temporary dentures and everyone that finds out that i have dentures are very impressed with how natural they look.It did take a few weeks to get used to them,Learning to talk with them was probably the biggest problem i had,They gave me a slight lisp for a week or two.And eating,,I ate alot of mac and cheese,and grits for the first few weeks while my mouth was shrinking and adjusting but now i can eat pretty much anything that i ate before and during the day i really don't even think about them because i've gotten used to them.As for Affordable Dentures chairside manners,Not very friendly,Short and to the point and rush rush,But all in all i am satisfied.Good luck ;-)
