Dentures: Rephrasing my previous question. Dentures come in various styles of manufacture such as bases of acrylic, stainless steel etc, with I assume, a range of actual teeth material. I have searched the web and I cannot find information on the advantages of one style of manufacture over the other. The best I have been able to find is that "you get what you pay for."

Teeth material is pretty much standard, a particular polymer of plastic. the main difference is th base they are on;

So what is the best base for dentures?
