I have dentures how come every time i smile they flall out?

i have dentures how come every time i smile they fall out can any one give me some advice

Dr. Albert has given you the Best Answer, but in any event, a visit to the dentist is needed.

When you smile, your buccinator muscle in your cheek tenses up. This might be pulling at the edge of the denture just enough to break it loose, if the fit is otherwise good. See those notches on the left and right side of the denture? They are there to allow proper function of the buccinator muscle. Your dentist will know how to make the notches a little deeper so that smiling will not drop the dentures down.

This assumes that your denture fits properly otherwise, but that would have to be evaluated by your dentist.

I'm not saying you could do this at home, but.......... Report It

Have your mouth sown up.

glue

I would suggest you see your dentist and ask if this can be fixed, its not normal, teeth - whether false or not, are designed to stay in your gob!! Failing that - superglue!!

errrrrrr thats why poly grip is a huge seller

They are a bad fit for your mouth (too Small), go back to your dentist

Great answer deadly hahaha;0) Maybe a more practical solution is go to the dentists and get them altered to fit better or get some fixodent to hold them in place.

your gums have had a little shrinkage. The dentist or lab can "Re-Line" them so they will fit like new. If you don't want to go that route, use "Fixodent and Forget It".

jaimie dentist give you fred smiler smiths by mistake he had to change his job to undertaker because they where to tight could not smile

Jamie,
Dentures which don't fit properly will lose their suction and for this there is only 2 options.
The first and best choice is to have them remade or re-lined so they fit properly.
The second choice is a denture adhesive like Fixodent.
The problem will have you always needing to buy more glue.

perhaps they just need adjusting. Sometimes if they don't fit properly an oral surgeon can do a procedure called "alveoplasty" which is trimming up gum tissue to make the denture fit better. Another factor could be bone loss which is common with denture patients. With time the denture does wear and tear to your gums causing bone loss that can cause the denture to become loose.

they are too small
