Cleaning my dentures and the inside of my mouth ? |
When I take my dentures out at night the adhesive paste that I use is very hard to get out of my mouth. What can I use to clean the sticky, rubbery stuff out of my mouth ? Try rinsing with warm water before taking your teeth out. Once they are out, use a wash cloth to scrape the goop off your gums. I have heard people say that citrus juices will cut right through it. I do not use adhesive but did try using grapefruit juice and it seemed to work. |
