What's wrong with my molars? Why do they hurt so much every time I eat or brush?

I had dental sealants put into my molars about a month ago and they are worn down already. I was eating some sour altoids the next thing I know it hurted like hell when i was brushing my teeth

Sounds like you grind your teeth at night. You should ask your dentist for a mouth piece to wear at night so you don't grind your teeth

its a cavity then.

go back to the dentist. get fillings if you need them. also, get Nedent toothpast. it is a biological toothpaste and will help with sensitivity. get an ionic toothbrush (not sonic).

You may be grinding your teeth at night. This causes sensitivity. Don't get a mouth guard from the dentist unless you want to be ripped off. Get one at Target, it works just the same.

Your dental practitioner can answer that after checking your teeth. If you do not feel comfortable with the current one, get a second opinion, if you had sealants put one month ago they should've checked them for cavities. Check out also for sensitive teeth.
