Any suggestion base on your experences with Health and dental insurances?

My Health and Dental Insurance from my old employer (under cobra with Kasier) will expire soon.
I plan on buying my own Health and Dental, any suggestions in Northern California?. Thanks

If you look at one of the high deductible plans you can get much better prices than Cobra.
