Which is more important, dental health or spinal health? |
Which is more important, dental health or spinal health? Definitely spinal health. A good back is always taken for granted but once gone bad, you will suffer greatly. You need to maintain good dental health, but it is not necessary to function day to day. Wow, those are two very diverse parts of the body! spinal health i would much rather be able to sit up then care about my teeth... i mean their important to but your back is more important... Whilst dental decay can cause a heap of problems - you can always have all your teeth out! A healthy spine is much more important - as they say : ' You are as healthy as your spine' Unless the infections from your teeth spread to your heart and you die of an infection there, your teeth are not as important. they are both so so important |
