Need to restore my dental health? |
Ok, lets go blunt, i cant smell, so i dont know when my breath smells, I do not always take care of my teeth as i should, hell lets be honest, I hardly ever do really, but I want to restore my teeth to nice, white, healthy gums, that stuff. and No, i dont wanna go to the dentist. My teeth arent like Hill billy bad, but I know that if i dont start now, they will be horrible before i know it, please what can i use . Sorry, but your first line of defense is to see a dentist for a thorough cleaning and check up. After that, floss at least once a day and brush at least twice a day. To really be on top of your oral hygiene, you should floss and brush after every meal. Stick with toothpastes that have the ADA seal. Teeth are not a do it yourself project. You must see a dentist twice a year if you don't want to lose your teeth. It's as simple as that. And you have to brush and floss twice a day. How about brushing your teeth at least twice a day.Buy a floss and mouthwash too.Every night floss, brush and gargle with mouthwash.Brush your tongue too. That is where the most of the bacteria is seating. First rinse your mouth out good with plax mouthwash. Then make a paste with baking soda and peroxide and brush. Rinse mouth with water or more plax. Repeat everyday, Brush with regular baking soda and a water paste or regular toothpaste such as crest after each meal. All that whitening crap is for the birds !!!!!!! There are things you can do with a well-running car to maintain good working condition: change the oil, check belts and fluids, keep air pressure in tires, etc. But when the car has serious problems, you need a mechanic. Brush brush brush, floss twice a day, use hydrogen peroxide to rinse out your mouth after brushing; do not swallow any of it. |
