Dengue and LBM ??

A friend of mine told me the other day in a message that the doctor diagnosed her with Dengue. I have never heard of that before, can anyone assist me with that? She also said that she also has an LBM and I've never heard of that before. For the past two weeks she has been having these major headaches and stomach aches aswell. Can anyone help me with what Dengue and LBM are ??
