How did dengue virus get into a newborn mosquito? Biting a dengue infected person is NOT the answer.? |
The campaign to reduce dengue fever so far has been focused on killing the mosquito. Thing is there are more mosquitoes than people. If dengue infected people are isolated than mosquitoes has no chance to carrry the virus to the next person. Which leaves the question where else can the virus come from? The bottom line here is where is the natural host/s of the dengue fever virus. They don't carry the virus via biting people. |
