A question abt dengue..?

my sister was sick for almost 4 days now, we thought it was dengue so we brought her to the hospital for cbc,. based on the results, the doctor said it wasn't dengue, if her cbc turns out to be normal,then it means that she's free from dengue and it's dengue that is causing her fever, right?

can i recommend speaking to the doctor about this and not some people that aren't really in the loop?
