Does repeat Dengue fever (hemorrhagic) cause vascular damage leading to initiating Aortic dissection ? |
Background: previous exposure to Yellow fever by Yellow fever vaccination and six tours of Asia (Singapore, Vietnam and China - all endemic Dengue areas)....Thank you. I don't think there is a known association in between dengue fever and aortic dissection, its mainly a risk of hemorrhagic death, if you are not a local of these areas then avoid going all these endemic places, good luck |
