There is no way to do this since dengue is a virus and it's carry inside the mosquito's system. You can only protect your self keeping all water deposits outside your house covered, and wearing repelant if you are out in the woods or near a lake.

Dengue virus is carried by the Aedes egypti mosquito, which has black and white stripes. However, the presence of the vector does not necessarily indicate the presence of the virus. You should take precautions against mosquito bites, like using mosquito nets, electric destroyer and repellent like DEET. Do not keep fresh water containers in the house, like flower vases. Keep windows and doors closed, especially at dusk and dawn. Have fly-proofing on windows.

Please see the web pages for more details on Aedes aegypti and Dengue fever. You have seen the mosquito which spreads Dengue fever.

The dengue mosquito is a fairly common one, epsecially in the tropics. It has striped legs, with tiny white and black rings on them (this is the most sure way to know if it is or not, looking at the legs, not body). Usually it bites only during daytime, not late in the afternoon.
