Can you have dengue even if the feeding was interrupted?

How long should the mosquito be feeding on you enough for you to have dengue?

One milisecond is enough.. Just enough for the mosquito to get that virus into you and that takes no time at all.. I had dengue twice in Asia and it is not fun
