Dengue Fever - If I already had dengue fever once, what will happen if I get it again? Am I immune to it?

There is no immunity to Dengue Fever or Hemorrhagic Dengue Fever. There is no vaccine available for this yet. So, that means you are still susceptible to the disease. To prevent, try getting rid of mosquitoes by cleaning your area as much as possible, especially those with standing water.
