Dementia question?

Any good sites out there where I can find out the stages of dementia? (i.e.: someone with dementia claiming things are happening to them that are not? Possibly having delusions?) I am not very good at searches on the internet so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The Alzheimer's Association website. Link below.
