How to avoid having dementia when we get old?

I have seen and heard even a doctor had this disease at a dementia day care centre. So looks like it will just come, whether you are stressed, well organised with thoughts or lazy to work in the brain. Why?

As we get older we tend to do less activies, most elder people are retired by now, drinking coffee and eating biscut, while watching jeporady and the price is right. This sudden change in inactivity causes parts of the brain to die and become useless. The less you do the higher chance you will develop dementia.

Right now im sure your fine, you read everyday, do tasks, you keep your brain working and thinking. As you retire you might want to pick up a hobby such as gardening, reading books, do crossword puzzles, mazes, browze the internet, do something that will challenge your mind, make it think. Take up cooking, keep up with your grandchildren, well you get the point. If you keep your brain thinking you'll be absolutely fine.

recently studies have been conclusive in correlating gum disease and dementia so brush and floss daily
