Dehydration or something more serious? should i be worried?

so the last time a actually drank any signifigant amount of fluid wasabout 3 days ago, since then i've maybe had two cups of tea and i drank a diet coke today at work, but this morning i woke up and i felt a little wierd i thought just maybe because it was too warm in my house and lack of sleep but now that i think about it it sounds more and more like dehydration but i'm not sure because i had an extreemly heavy period yesterday, as in i was going to take myself to the hospital but it only lasted for a day and today all day i've had this horrible headache and i felt dizzy and a few times like i was ready to faint, also i've been feeling extreemly tired and hot all day, my face, my palms, my feet... what does this sound like to you? can anybody help?

i also had a really bad infection last week. i got an ulcer on my tonsil and my tonsil had puss coming out of it which usually happens when i get sick

Hard to say for sure but you certainly sound low on water and dringing 6 to 8 glasses of water a day is recommended just for a normal day so drink drink drink and see if you feel better
You also need to have some real food, soup woould be a good choice......

it sounds like you should go to the E.R....either way they are going to pump you full of liquids...

Have you ate any food??? you failed to mention that part, you need to eat and drink some gatorade, and if its not better, go to the ER, dehydration is terrible and could be very dangerous.

Sounds like its more than just one thing. Go get yourself checked out cuz you do need some fluids in you.

Why would you not drink fluids? Why? Why? Why?

Listen to, Judy.
