Dehydration headache?

I live in Colorado and I think i am getting dehydration headaches what can i do once it starts to get rid of it, i know drink water to prevent them but they are killer once they start.

just make sure to keep hydrated if it comes down to it log how much water you have and when and your headaches, also log your salt intake and anything else you drink. you could be dehydrating you self by the other stuff you consume by making a log you can see how to prevent them.

The Best thing is to drink Gatorade. Chug it. It almost get rid of the headache instantly

drink more water.........all the time. not just when you get a headache.

if you are active drink about 3 liters of water a day and if your not drink 2 and a half liters

Drink fluids. Take Excederin Migraine. Rest in a dark room if possible. Paxil is good for migraines if you can get a Physicians to prescribe you some.
